3-Week Plane (In Progress)
- The 3WP project aims to design a mainly 3D-printable RC plane which can be designed over three weeks in the summer of 2020.
- Airfoil design, DFM for lattice 3D printing, control systems, PCB design
Coordinated Dirigible Network (WPI MQP/Capstone)
- Coordinated monitoring of large indoor areas using a network of autonomous dirigibles.
- Design of flight model network of multipurpose dirigibles equipped with appropriate sensor package for applications including observation of human-hazardous environments (due to temperature, radiation, salinity, atmosphere, etc.)
- Lead of robotic/autonomy tasking, including control system design, requirements development, systems engineering, and software implementation
- Implementation of behavior defined by the Intelligent Control Systems Laboratory
- Responsible for documentation and reporting deliverables including final thesis
Biohacking for Personal Management
- Designed personal management system to increase productivity and track tasks
- Iterated upon task-tracking method and developed a notebook-based to provide persistent self-motivation and enforce regular routines
Romanian Ecotourism Website (WPI IQP)
- Interdisciplinary capstone group project, in collaboration with the Transylvanian Highlands Tourism Board
- Designed and implemented web system to promote ecotourism in Transylvania and enable communication between stakeholders (entities in business, tourist, research, & journalism)
- Established public-facing web service in accordance with customer requirements using Kanban task tracking
- Oversaw internal and external communications efforts, status reporting, and documentation
- Controlled writing and editing process including final report and system manual
- Developed custom translation extensions for maintainable dynamic page content
Control of 3DOF Robotic Arm (WPI)
- Implemented pathfinding and trajectory planning/navigation algorithms to control movement of an autonomous robotic arm with 3 degrees of freedom
- Designed MATLAB control system, including motion planning, computer vision, and communications subsystems, to conduct pick and place tasks of arbitrary objects

Star Trek Video Mashup Website (WPI)
- Implemented a Star Trek Video Mashup Website as a full-time class project with a usable web interface, also conforming to a standard video library API
- Led front-end development in small group setting, including HTML/JavaScript development
- Integrated with AWS Lambda functions (Gateway, S3, RDS) using Swagger-based API definition
Autonomous Firefighting Robot (WPI)
- Built autonomous robots to identify, navigate to, and extinguish fire
- Fabricated custom parts using 3D printer and laser cutter
- Led fabrication, assembly, and wiring for robot

Solar Panel Replacement Robot (WPI)
- Built autonomous robot to lift plates of various weights with four-bar linkage

Independent Study of British Literature and History (WPI)
- Researched independently on self-chosen topics including social commentary in Jane Austen's novels, Victorian Gothic literature and its significance and the effect of wars on the home front
- Wrote research papers discussing my findings and conclusions from research on Victorian Gothic literature and its significance and social commentary in Jane Austen's novels
Savage Soccer Robot (WPI)
- Built robot with non-trivial transmission and custom circuit and run on an Arduino Mega in three weeks to compete in "Savage Soccer" competition involving picking up and lifting ping pong and tennis balls 12 linches, both autonomously and using remote control
- Took lead on programming, writing the majority of the code and ensuring functionality and readability
- Documented design considerations, calculations and results in report
C/C++ Mini-Labs
- Programmed in C++ and C to create complex programs that do tasks such as process and utilize user input and run simulations representing Conway's Game of Life model
FIRST Robotics Competition
- Built robot in six weeks on team of 120, and competed in regional and out-of-region competitions
- Took roles in organization and leadership and participated in design
- Used Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks CAD software
- Team won awards for outreach and engineering as well as for superiority in competition
